Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice
Your copyright infringement notification must include all of the following elements:
Authorization
Evidence that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Contact Information
Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, including your full name and a valid email address.
Identification of Copyrighted Work
A clear and detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including at least one search term or URL under which the material appears on GingerScans.com.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy and Authority Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please allow 1–3 business days for a response. Submitting your complaint to third parties, including our hosting provider or internet service provider, will not expedite the process and may delay resolution if the notice is not properly filed.
